WinXP/IE7. I get "Internet Explorer Script Error"?

Saying: An error has occured in the script on this page. Details regarding Line, Char, Error, Code and URL are empty. Than it asks: Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?. Nothing happens when either Yes button or No button is pressed. I have to close the error box by pressing X on right side top corner 48 times before the box closes. This happens when I try to print outlook message or when I open IE or even when the computer is booted. The requested action is aborted by the computer after error box is closed.
