My internet explorer always comes up error and goes back to desk top screen whats wrong?

when I go to yahoo mail and click address book it will let me choose addresses but when I select insert it comes up explorer error and when you choose send or dont send it goes back to desktop screen

I would delete the Yahoo progran and reinstall it...You ahve to go to the Add Delete program in your Control Panel...delete the Yahoo messenger program and re-install it. It that doesn't work,

could be a virus. A trojan or a trojan Dropper...if you have one of those...consult with your computer repair shop.
