I'll be playing Euchre in Yahoo and a while into the game a Error states: Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and must close. An error report will prepare itself and I sent it to Microsoft. I've sent it many times and microsoft doesn't fix the problem! After the error report is sent, I'll lose internet connection finding myself at my desk top. Fed up!!!

That happened to me a couple of years ago, but I took mine to the shop, come to find out, I had a virus that was somehow blocking IE. So, I really don't know what to tell you to do about it since I took mine to the shop.
