Internet Explorer Problem? see the details below?

Hi friends ..me working in one company..i am getting one error message whenever i m opening the machine and when i open internet explorer too...

Error is : "C:\windows\system32\dospcont.dat has corroupted and saying that run chkdsk to solve this.."

i did these things but its not working .So what i suppose to do..

Hi, well, before you reinstall windows you can try Firefox and see how it goes. there's no need to uninstall Explorer.

Your file is corrupted please reinstall your windows and make a back up copy of the important files. If the prob still exists go to the setup and check if IE is installed.
find another way to the Internet and reinstall Internet explorer
Update your IE to latest version.
go to start - run - type CMD in command prompt type chkdsk ... press enter it will check the error automatically
