Why do I keep getting the error: internet explorer cannot display web page?

I have windows vista on my laptop, I keep getting that message on certain web sites, not all the time but alot. And I am still connected when this happens, I can get on other sites no problem, When I click for more info I go to the network page and I repair the network adapter and then the page will load right away after it is repaired.

Does anyone know why I have to do this all the time?

It only repairs for a short time and then I have the problem again.

Why do I keep getting the error: internet explorer cannot display web page?windows 95

Just for grins, try using another browser with Vista..If you can wait and, it will be worth the wait~Try Firefox Version 3 when it's finally released out of beta..(around June...) It will put IE7 to shame..You can check out the beta version but..I'd still wait to download it..I think you're problems are related to settings..

Good Luck to you~!

maybe its a virus protection program thats blocking it from showing....

try uninstalling it--if it still happens its probably somethin gwrong with the computer
i had the same problem. i finally gave up %26amp; downloaded Mozilla which works fine.
It's a problem with IE. After 8 versions they still haven't gotten all the bugs out. Get Firefox.
