It happens simultaneously when explorer opens I am using windows vista and need explorer

Internet Explorer has stopped working. To solve this problem, and many other problems with Internet Explorer, try downloading Firefox.
Do you have to use explorer or can you use another browser? If you can, try Mozilla Firefox. I haven't used Explorer in about a year.
fire fox is better than ie..
If this just started then do a system restore back to where it was working correctly.
Reinstall IE7.

Start/Control Panel/ Add remove software Windows components

uncheck IE. restart computer Reinstall IE.
