Fire Bill gates IE has been full of bugs since its inception, an is not bug free yet. In a typical "wag the dog" reaction, users are modyifing their software to get around IE's bugs
Why bother with IE? Try Firefox. It is free and works on all the various versions of Windows. I have been using it since it became available and it is very stabile, easy to use and works where IE does not. I still have IE for crappy web sites that only work with IE and I have to use it. :(
