Internet explorer , problem, error, PLEASE HELP!?

When ever i try to close a window, an error comes out and all windows close down..

i try downloading firefox, but when the downloader window (the one that says, save cancel, etc)

it gives also an error and closes down

please help

Open up your Internet Explorer Browser. Go to Tools / Internet Options

If your running Internet Explorer 6: go to Programs (tab) and click the Reset Websettings (button).Then go to the Advanced (tab) and click Restore Defaults (button). Click APPLY and OK buttons afterward.

If your running Internet Explorer 7: go to Advanced (tab) and click the Set and Restore buttons. Click APPLY then OK buttons afterwards.

Then go to http://www.superantispyware.com . Download and Install the FREE HOME Version of this program. Blue button on the website. Install the program. Check for an Update by clicking the Update Button. Close the program by the X in the corner and reopen the program by the icon it created on your desktop, or by going to Start/ Programs/ Superantispyware.

Reopen the program. Click Scan Computer button. You will be asked if you want the program to start with windows and will be asked if you want it to protect your homepage. Answer these questions based on your own choice.

After you have chose "Scan Computer" make sure to dot the option for "Complete Scan". Sit back and let it scan your system, when it finishes it will pop up a box telling you what it found on your system. CLick the NEXT button and remove what it found. The close the program and restart your computer.

You may need to go back and reset Internet Explorer using the instructions above.

Sounds like your computer has a virus.
i have fire fox on my computer and i got it by downloading

google earth. it said if i wanted another system downloaded

while downloading google earth. if u dont have google earth

follow this steps:1)go to google.com 2)search google earth

3)look for something that says google upgrade pack {i think

thats what its caled} then click on it 4)choose location(note. fire fox may not

get downloaded depending wher u live) 5)select what you want while downloading it. remember to check fire fox)

6) wait for downloading to finish 7)enjoy
