Error message,"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" ??

Why when i try to listen to Live ATC (Air traffic control) on Liveatc.net. it says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" ? And every other site. but it works for my friends. is it my vista? or something i need to download?

Error message,"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" ??microsoft live internet explorer

you might have a pop up blocker that is blocking that site or possibly antivirus software blocking it. Does it do it everytime or just once in a while? site traffic maybe busy.
